At SIILAP, all payments made for services are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is made for any service, application, processing, or support provided by SIILAP, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Payments are collected towards administrative efforts, documentation handling, coordination, and professional services already initiated.
Service cancellation by the student does not entitle the user to any refund.
